RELIGIOUS EDUCATION 

St. John's offers opportunities throughout the year to help children, youth and adults  better learn about and live the Catholic Faith. 

  • Sunday School is offered on Sundays during the 9am Mass for children who are 3-, 4, and 5-years old by September 1. Some of the 5-year old children are in Kindergarten; and some are not. To learn more about St. John's Sunday School, click here.
  • Faith formation for children in Elementary School (Grades 1-5) is offered on Wednesdays at sessions scheduled 4:45pm-6pm OR 6:30pm-7:45pm. To learn more about Elementary Religious Education, click here.
  • Faith formation for Middle School youth (Grades 6-8) is offered on Wednesdays at sessions scheduled 6:30pm-7:45pm; if there is enough interest and volunteers, Middle School faith formation may be scheduled at the 4:30 session. To learn more about Middle School Religious Education, click here.
  • Faith formation for young people in high school, Grade 9, is offered Wednesdays from 6:30-7:45pm and Confirmation preparation (Grade 10 and older) is offered Wednesday from 6:30-8pm.
