Enrollment for the
2018-2019 School year is now open!
To begin the re-enrollment process you will first need to create a ParentsWeb login. To do so, please follow the steps below:
Instructions for Creating a ParentsWeb Login
  • Please go to www.renweb.com
  • Select Logins from the menu bar and ParentsWeb Login from the drop-down menu.
  • After the RenWeb ParentsWeb Login screen opens, please select Create New ParentsWeb Account.
  • Enter SJB-MN into the District Code field.
  • Enter in the Email field your email address as provided in your application to the school. This is the same email you have listed in Educate/Cornerstone.
  • Click the Create Account button.
  • You will receive an email from RenWeb Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes the link will remain active for 6 hours.
  • Please click on the link. A Change/Create Password screen will open. You may use the default username provided, or create a new username. Then type in your desired password into the Password field and Confirm Field.
  • Click on the Save Username and/or Password button.
  • Close the window. 
To complete our online re-enrollment process, you will access our ParentsWeb through your existing login.  
To access ParentsWeb:
  • Please go to www.renweb.com
  • Select Logins from the menu bar and ParentsWeb Login from the drop-down menu.
  • Type in your username and password.  
  • After logging in, click on the Family Information button in the left menu.
  • Click on the Enrollment/Re-enrollment button. 
The online process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later. 
The Instructions and Enrollment Checklist page of the enrollment packet contains supplemental enrollment forms that also must be submitted. Further instructions on these forms are provided online.
Information regarding applying for financial aid will be sent at a later time.

Enrolling a New Student for Current Families
If you are a current family and will have a new student entering either St. John the Baptist Catholic School or Steppingstones Preschool, please click on the following link:  Create an Account. You will not need to create a new account if you have already created one for your other children, but still use this link. Follow these steps to complete the application process: 
  • Click on Online Application at the top of the screen 
  • Enter your username and password, then click Login
  • Click Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms and, if necessary, reprint the forms.
