Join the citizens at St. John’s as we show our SPIRIT and unite as Heroes for the 2017 MN Marathon for Non-Public Education. Marathon for non-public education has been a tradition at St. John’s for over 30 years. Its purpose is to raise needed funds for our school and foster awareness of the contributions on non-public schools in our community. This is our largest STUDENT fundraiser. We will not sell wrapping paper, coupon books, or other goods. Instead, we ask you to donate money as we perform our “Marathon Day of Service”, where our preschool through 8th grade students will spend the day performing service projects and giving back to our community.

Our SPIRIT League Heroes model our school SPIRIT Principles – we know we have great students; we want them to be great citizens even when no one is looking.

S pirituality – Acting in a Christ-like manner

P oliteness – Being Considerate to others

I nitiative – Stepping up to do something when I recognize the need

R esponsibility – Being Prepared and doing my best

I ndependence – Having faith in myself and my choices

T olerance – Accepting the differences of others
