    • Just as our patron, St. John the Baptist, prepared the way for the Lord, our parish is preparing ways to enhance our ministries to make disciples, provide sacraments, and promote prayer. Guided by our campus master plan and informed by feedback from our planning study, parish leadership finalized initiatives to improve the functionality and security of our campus and enhance the sacredness of our church.

    Campaign Prayer
    God our Father,

When you sent your Beloved Son
Born of a faithful Virgin Mother
You first sent St. John the Baptist to prepare his way.

Generations ago, our ancestors in faith called upon the Baptist
As they prepared the way for Jesus in this place
With a new parish, and later, a school.

Once again, we find ourselves in the wilderness.
The way to eternal life is forgotten and abandoned by many
And must be pointed out anew.

We ask for your blessing as we take up this task:
To prepare the way of the Lord
In the unique moment you have given us.

    Bless this campaign,
Anoint it with your Spirit to make it fruitful,
And bring it to completion in a way pleasing to you.

    Amen
